Plugin Licensing

The TransistorWP plugin and all its extensions, developed by NodleStudios LLC, are licensed under the GNU General Public License (http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html) version 2.0 or later, unless otherwise specified.

Warranty

NodleStudios LLC provides the TransistorWP plugin and its extensions with the intention of being useful. However, there is no warranty, either implied or expressed, including but not limited to MERCHANTABILITY or FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Functionality and Compatibility

TransistorWP is designed to function properly on a clean installation of the minimum, stable, and required version of WordPress specified for TransistorWP and its extensions. While we strive for compatibility, given the vast number of plugins, themes, and browsers available, we cannot guarantee that the plugin will work seamlessly with all third-party software. NodleStudios LLC does not assume responsibility for conflicts or compatibility issues arising from the use of third-party software. We are not liable for any data loss resulting from the installation or use of TransistorWP. In the event of conflicts with third-party software, we may offer support at our discretion.

Support

NodleStudios LLC sells and distributes TransistorWP and other plugins “as is,” without guaranteeing that they will meet your specific requirements or be compatible with all third-party components and plugins.

Support is available only to customers with an active, paid license.

We offer instructions, documentation, and technical troubleshooting assistance related to the setup and configuration of our products. However, we do not provide support for third-party integrations. We reserve the right to request the deactivation of such integrations to provide better assistance. Customizations, development assistance, or guidance on altering the functionality of a product beyond its intended use are not part of our support offering.

Support is provided as long as the subscription remains active. If the subscription is canceled, support will be available until the expiration date of the subscription. Expired or past-due subscriptions are not eligible for support.

Support and updates for TransistorWP will be provided as long as the product is actively developed by NodleStudios LLC. We will no longer be responsible for providing support under the following circumstances:

  1. TransistorWP is no longer actively developed as a viable product by NodleStudios LLC.
  2. TransistorWP or NodleStudios LLC is acquired or merged with another company.
  3. WordPress is no longer actively developed.

While we strive to provide the best possible support, we cannot guarantee that all support queries will be fully satisfied or answered within specific timeframes.

Automatic Updates

Automatic updates are available to license holders with an active and valid subscription and license key. These updates cover TransistorWP and all installed TransistorWP extensions. Access to automatic updates is granted as long as the license key remains valid and active, generated from the original purchase.

License Usage

TransistorWP grants each customer one or more non-transferable license(s) for internal use, as defined by the terms specified in the customer’s selected license package.

If the license package permits the use of the software on multiple sites, customers/license-holders may not sell the originally-purchased license key provided by NodleStudios LLC to other license users, such as clients, for commercial benefit. Sublicensing the software or license key to any individual or entity is strictly prohibited. NodleStudios LLC provides support services exclusively to the original customer/license-holder with a legitimate license key. Any other use of the license key for support queries will be considered fraudulent.

Plugin Delivery

Upon successful payment processing, you will receive an email containing your order number and purchase information. Your license key and plugin downloads can be accessed from your account area on our website. Simply log in using the account created during the plugin purchase process and click on the appropriate link to download the plugin.

In case you do not receive an email with your purchase information, please contact us through https://transistorwp.com/support/ to request the necessary details.

Access to download purchased files will be granted as long as your license key remains valid. If a license key expires, access to associated files, including previous versions available at the time of active licensing, will be discontinued until the license key is renewed.

Ownership

All plugins developed by NodleStudios LLC, including TransistorWP, are the exclusive property of NodleStudios LLC. Any claims of intellectual or exclusive ownership rights to our products are strictly prohibited.

Our plugins are provided “as is,” without any warranty, expressed or implied. NodleStudios LLC shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages or losses, resulting from the use or inability to use our plugins.

Website & Plugin Content

All content found on our website and within the TransistorWP plugin, including images, documentation, support queries, and any other information, is the property of NodleStudios LLC and may not be redistributed without permission or consent.

Price Changes

NodleStudios LLC reserves the right to modify, change, cancel, or upgrade plugin subscriptions and/or license keys without prior notice or consent. Prices of all products are subject to change without prior notice or consent.

Subscriptions & Automatic Renewal

TransistorWP is sold as automatically recurring subscriptions that renew annually on the anniversary of the purchase date.

Subscription renewals are automatically processed annually or monthly, depending on the type of subscription purchased, on the anniversary of your original purchase. The license renewal remains valid unless the subscription is cancelled before the renewal date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting your Account page on the TransistorWP website. Upon cancellation, you will no longer receive updates and support once your license expires.

The renewal price will be the full plugin price as published at the time of the initial purchase, exclusive of any discounts.

Grandfathered pricing: If you cancel your subscription and your renewal price is lower than the current listed price for the license (a “grandfathered” price), the lower renewal price will no longer be available to you.

If you choose to renew your subscription after it has been cancelled and your license has expired, you will be charged the current listed price for the license. We cannot apply older or grandfathered pricing to your new renewal purchase.

Refunds on renewal payments are not available. We will send you an email prior to your renewal date, providing an opportunity to cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is automatically processed.

If you choose to cancel your subscription, your license will expire on the anniversary of the original purchase. After expiration, you will no longer receive updates and support for the TransistorWP license you purchased.

Refund Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality products, but we understand that they may not meet everyone’s needs at all times. If you wish to request a refund, please open a support ticket. Refund requests must adhere to the following conditions:

Eligibility conditions for a refund request:

  • The refund request is made within the first 30 days of the original plugin purchase.
  • Refunds cannot be granted after the first 30 days of the original purchase.
  • Refunds are not available for renewal payments. We will send you an email prior to your renewal date, providing an opportunity to cancel your subscription before the renewal payment is automatically processed.
  • You have purchased the plugin/subscription, and after installing and testing the plugin, you have determined that it does not meet your business needs or required setup.

OR

  • You have encountered an issue that our support team is unable to resolve, rendering the system unusable. We may request information to understand the nature of your refund request for future plugin improvements.
  • If you are unable to install the plugin properly or encounter issues preventing the plugin from performing its basic functions, we will consider your refund request.
  • You have contacted our support team and allowed us to attempt to resolve your issue(s) or have provided a valid explanation as to why the plugin will not work for you.
  • Please note that technical issues caused by third-party plugins, themes, or other software do not warrant a refund.
  • If a refund is granted, you agree to deactivate and uninstall the plugin from your website.
  • Refunds are solely at our discretion. By purchasing our plugin(s), you agree to our refund policy and waive any rights to question, challenge, or initiate legal action against it. We are not responsible for covering differences in exchange rates between the time of purchase and the refund.

Email Communication

NodleStudios LLC may occasionally send you emails related to your product purchase(s). These emails may include information about the purchase, as well as periodic newsletters regarding TransistorWP updates, promotions, and related extensions. We never sell or disclose your email to third-party vendors. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time without penalty.

This website is operated and contributed to by NodleStudios LLC, the parent company of TransistorWP.

On occasion, this website may accept affiliate compensation. However, such compensation does not influence the opinions expressed in the content, topics, posts, emails, or other communications provided on this website.
